Title: Highland question

Next door neighbour is getting 2 highland calfs they are about 100/120 kg just now will they travel ok in a pe6 trailer ,also this is for her 50th birthday is there anything she will need we could buy for her birthday present

my boss has highlands and he's a member of the club. that might be a nice present for her. I'm not sure which club he is with but he gets news letter and help is on hand for anything you need. They sorted us a registered bull to use on his as well.
If you want me to get more details I'll send him a text to find out who he's with.

i was thinking buy her a giant molasses lick for the cattle as they really enjoy them and arent that cheap (£30-50) , or some rope halters.
there are loads of gifts that are highland coo based - usually sold for tourists. i have a lovely photo book on them.

 A few bags of calf nuts ??   will travel no problem in a p6 , I don't know when they were born but 100/120 kg is very small       6mth bullocks de horned were  180 kg

Hi membership to highland society if you can afford it membership is OK but by the time she register the calf's it gets expenses. I think a p6e trailer will be tight for highland calf's i have 3 10 month highlands i wouldn't travel them in a small trailer. Buy her a rope halter or a cattle comb most love to be combed.
