Apparently my nephew is showing an interest in Asian cooking. Anyone know of a good cookbook I can get him for Christmas?

possibly not exactly what you have in mind Bionic   but the Hairy Bikers Curry book I think is an excellent concise starting point.....lots of good recipes and ideas   and uncomplicated :sunshine:
....and Bill Granger Everyday Asian.....again a really relaxed style and easy to follow......something a bit more complex and covering the whole regional variants that make up Asia...Is Hot Sour Salty Sweet If you can get it :sunshine:
