Hope I've put this in the right place!! If not sorry,
Large double room for rent, shared kitchen, living room and bathroom, shared with a professional 23yr old female, one dog and cat in house,(both very well behaved not allowed on furniture) one stable available with cheap grazing in very large woodland next door, where I run my soays and jacobs also an Appaloosa mare.
Suitable for a person with a love of the countryside and animals theres also a vegetable plot, and large dry storage shed,beautiful views and walks from the doorstep. A mature cottage garden and lovely neighbours.

Rent is £360 per month, including oil and electricity and water,
Tv Liscence and Broadband shared between tenants roughly £16 per month
