Meet my new arrivals Carys (the youngster) and Bonnie (the cow).
Neither are very happy at the moment ... Carys left her mother and Bonnie her calf to come her. Lots of noise as they pace the field and test the boundaries..... and even more noise from my dexters who want to meet the new girls.

What are they?

-I had to look 2x's as the Cow looked like it was flying....I have flying cows on my wall....they both look huge......and lovely
-
Not huge .... they are Shetlands
-
not huge but Bonnie jumped a five bar gate yesterday .... (was down a slope) .... wish I'd acctually seen her do it .... was round corner of field ........... if I hadn't actually witnessed her appear the other side I think we would have spent all day looking for a gap in the fence!!

Nice looking beasties - we keep Shetland cattle too.
One of ours is a jumper - mind it was a bulling heifer who was really keen to get to our bull. She was very happy to meet him - and he was, of course, delighted - as only a bull can be!
How old is Carys?
