I asked my other half to pick up some stem ginger and some jam sugar or pectin as he was going to the thriving metropolis that is Craignure ( thriving metropolis because it has a shop :-J ). Apparently they didn't have any ginger ( the priority bye ) so he and the dog went on a jolly to another shop, turning it into a 60 mile round trip. But he did come home with stem ginger but instead of jam sugar or pectin he got me gelatine ::) . I couldn't shout at him after he had gone so far to get it . Finally I get to the point. What do I use gelatine leaves for ? I've got to two packets of the stuff :roflanim:
