I've put a post in general section in the hope of having a bigger audience
Does any one have any experiences of Wreck preserving jars for hot water bath preserving or 15 psi pressure canning ?
I'm especially interested to know are they able to be " oven set " , like Kilner & Mason jars can be when you make chutney & some types of pickles ?

I've not heard of them. Do you have a link to the manufacturers?
I do remember with the Kilner jars that my mum hated them because in every batch at least one jar seal would fail.

If you want to think of preserving things look for hot water bath preserving or cold vinegar pickling
