Title: Baling by hand - want one of these

Having had the paddocks tidied up as some area were very long and thick - the plan was to mulch it back in but with the unusually dry weather it is great sweet smelling hay - so how to bale.

Well impressed by that. But I haven't even got a property yet, or the Austrian scythe, or the livestock to eat the hay (they eat it in Summer here when they go into the barns or cook). Long way to go obviously. I was expecting to gather it up into bundles, like the Victorian farmer series.
