Title: Cottage with half acre garden in Suffolk

I am posting this for a neighbour of mine, who is interested in renting his 2 bed terraced cottage in a beautiful part of Suffolk. The cottage has a half acre garden, which may be suitable for somebody interested in growing some home produce. The rent will be more favourable if the prospective tenant agrees to tend the garden, and mow the lawn etc. The property is not really suitable for children, but ideal for a couple or a single person. The cottage is in a rural location, with views over the fields. We also have footpaths adjacent, with walks to local pubs. If anyone may be interested, I can give more information, or pass you on to my neighbour.
