ok i have an addiction I like to bake
I frequently do
TAS shortbread
various flap jacks
cup cakes
I need some inspiration of other baked goodies i can try and make...
So what do you bake frequently that is relatively easy and very scrummy???

This is the easiest thing in the world to make - use a mix of dried fruit (I used to use just sultanas but a mix of currants, raisins and sultanas is better). And it's fat free, apart from the butter you spread on it ;D

Just come in for tea break and got a slice of fruit cake in a fatless sponge, and her indoors :bouquet: has made Bakewell tart, almond and cherry tart, lemon cake and a chocolate sponge. :thumbsup:
Mind you, two I'm taking with me tomorrow to share :yum:

Baked cheesecake - for when I have litres of goats milk to "dispose" of and quickly make soft cheese, then need to use that up for baking.... it's an endless circle...
