I spent 6 weeks with a vet in India.
At first it was incredibly hard for me to tell what was a sheep and what was a goat, until I learned a simple rule:
Goats tails stick up, sheeps tails hang down!
From the photo, those look like sheep, can't be more specific on the breed, I'm afraid, but pretty sure sheep.
Hope that helps :)

Sheep and goats in India, Africa and I also imagine Thailand look very similar, and very often the local word means sheep or goat as they don't always seem to distinguish the difference. I would be almost certain that these are sheep.
-
although, the little white one looks (in the top pic) to have toggles? do sheep have toggles sometimes? Its very hard to tell, maybe they are geeps or shoats or Goshes then
-
there tails were deffinately not up like a goats but also think the white did have toggles..
-
I have seen sheep in India which have toggles. Perhaps surprisingly most of their goats didn't have toggles.
-
I thought Toggles are a Swiss breed feature only???
-
my friends pygmy goats both have toggles but mine don't
-
My Sanaan x Boer doesn't have toggles.
