Title: Joints of beef
Post by: Riverside21 on February 20, 2013, 06:16:23 pm
Hi everyone,

I searched on the forum for a list of beef joints you can get from a whole cow, has anyone got a rough guide? The last post I found about this was in 2008, thought it best to start another one!

Many thanks,

Seb

River cottage also do a poster which is very good and there's a good version in the RC meat book, it is very useful as it IDs the cuts that overlap other ones.
