Post by: Bionic on January 28, 2013, 05:30:03 pm
I have got left overs tonight and there is still a piece left,
Cottage pie is the obvious but I didn't really want that.
Is there anything with pasta?
thanks
Sally

Some of the old Italian recipes for pasta sauce similar to "Bolognese" are made from cooked beef which has been minced.

You could also slice it thinly into a stir fry at the end, of chop bits for pasty, adding chopped sued, spuds onions etc, all cooked of course and wrapping them in puff pastry.....minced would fine either spiced on a pizza or in a bollognaise spag/bol sauce or depending on how much, cannelloni etc

It all sounds lovely but as OH is particularly fond of pasties I think that might win.
thanks everyone
