Title: Cold Smoking - Chicken Breasts

Has anyone any experience of smoking raw chicken breasts?
Would like to cold smoke and then freeze for a later date but google seems to have let me down :-\

I haven't done it myself, but google the Bradley smoker forum - there's bound to be people there who have - they are a good bunch!
