Hi guys, just wanted to run this by you all in case anybody out there is interested. We have a number of pure British Gotland tup lambs and two GotlandxTeeswater tup lambs. We are always loathe to send our boys to the abbatoir if it can be avoided. On four of the pure Gotland and the two crosses I can provide sire and dam details. One of each has been scrapie tested, namely Freddie (white cross) and Ferdinand (pure) and will be in the next Flockbook though Freddie, being a cross will not have a pedigree certificate. Ref the others I cannot provide dam and sire particulars but can ASSURE you that they are pure and would be suitable should you be considering a cross yourself and are not taking the risk of putting them to another, possibly related, Gotland ewe. These boys will not be registered with the society because I can't provide these essential details. You could still get them scrapie tested though for your own piece of mind. Prices will be exceptionally reasonable. Happy for £200 for the boys I can provide pedigree details on and £150 on the ones I can't. They will obviously be eartagged. PM me if at all curious.
