Title: Cottage with 1 acre, Cowie, Near Stirling

In our local paper today; two bedroom cottage with oil-fired raeburn and three open fires, one acre of agricultural land, PP for double garage. Offers over £185,000

Now a year ago, when i moved down here, that would have gone for £300K!!!!  It'll be interesting to see how long it stays on the current market and what it goes for.  Would have suited me perfectly! >:(

Not going to move, no m oney to spare for a start but I LOVE looking at houses, is it advertised on any site on the internet with pictures?

No idea. It was a wee private ad in the local paper - not an estate agent or anything.
