2 of the 3 new hens I bought on Wednesday don't want to leave the coop this morning. I know they have been through a lot on the last 2 days so should I just leave them to come out in their own time or should I lift them out? They did come out themselves ok yesterday.

Check that their combs are upright and they are not hunched up (that would indicate they aren't feeling well), then leave them to it. Put their food outside then they have to come out to eat.
