Our smallholding is for sale 4 miles north of Cupar in beautiful countryside - we have a converted barn with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with wood pellet stove running heating/hot water and large sitting room. The land is 2.14 acres split into 3 fields and garden. There is a large 50 hen house from Domestic Fowl Trust in one field and a Keder Greenhouse/polytunnel (one panel needs replaced but all parts purchased) in the garden with overgrown vegetable beds. A large wooden studio/workshop which is fully insulated approx 18ft by 13ft. A barn which needs a roof on it which could be used either for animals or as a garage once roofed - room to fit a stable in it.
