Title: Peanut butter cookies

If you like peanut butter you will love these cookies and they are just sooooo easy to make.
1 cup of peanut butter (crunchy is probably best for texture)
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
 
Mix the peanut butter and sugar together and when blended mix in the egg. 
Put dollops onto a non stick surface and flatten them out a bit. They will expand but not too much.
Put into a preheated oven 180 degrees for 8-10 mins. Do not brown.
Allow to cool and enjoy

 Other half loves peanut butter. He will be happy ;D .
