Hi all been a while since we've been on here, does anyone know if there is anybody with GOS in the scarborough area? There used to be loads of people but they all seem to have been crossed now with tams or berks.

There are a list of breeders on The GOS Breeders Club website
www.oldspots.org (http://www.oldspots.org)
Hope you manage to find one there.

Thanks Julie but its rather out of date i'm afraid, I've contacted those local to here and most stopped keeping them years ago. Really didn't want to have to go for a x but its looking that way :(

Mandy - Fowgill Farm- will be along later. Hopefully she will know of someone who can help you.

Hi there are some pure bred GOS in Skipton which isn't too far across country if you are prepared to travel.
Andy pierson has a couple of my ellen sows that he breeds from and his number is 07968595719, he'll defo have some meat weaners to fatten which is what you need to start out with. later in the year i may have a couple of breeding gilts for sale depends how they turn out,
