Title: AML1 for sheep.
Post by: red-september on April 17, 2012, 08:05:06 pm
Wondered if anyone can just clarify something here..
Picked up some Rylands on friday, and it wasn't till i got home and sent the AML1 off to local authority did i realise that the License i had filled out was The order 2007 and not the Order 2009.
This i hadn't realised as im still quite new to all this.. but its sent off now.
Anyone done this before, can i be getting into trouble for filling out an old form?

thanks.

Lol, I 'borrowed' a billy goat and the forms the lady there had were 2002  :D And I had the farm inspection last Dec and he registered that those forms were old but wasn't bothered.

They actually are obliged to have done this when EID came in - I know of one person who is a fan of EID insisting a local authority in a new area he'd acquired grazing in complied with the regs - he now e-mails his movements as he does elsewhere, the data can be downloaded off his tag reader.
