Many thanks folks, will definately look into Bagots. They seem pretty hardy by all accounts.
-
bagots are delightful. walby farm park in carlisle, have a nice flock and should have kids for sale this year. we have 2 billies for hire if u need one. wer in aberdeenshire.
-
Great, thanks thats really helpfull. I was hoping to get hold of some heavily pregnant females as I am told they will heft better in unfenced areas when the kids are born.
-
bagots r not as wild as people think, mine follow a bucket and will walk on a lead.
if youre wanting some this year, id put out feelers as soon as poss as female kids would be sold pretty quick id imagine.
