hi there i am bringing my breeding ewes and store lambs at the weekend for a check i need a bit of advice on what to check for and what are the best products to use ccheers :

Have you got Tim Tyne's book? It's really all in there!
Breeding ewes: check udders (soft and by now quite small), do pedicure, check body condition (although by now they should be quite well covered if tup goes in in a couple of weeks), check teeth if they are older.
Store lambs: just a quick check of their feet, condition, weigh if you can - if you plan to sell them soon-ish.

Apart from teeth and udders its actually easier to see if a sheep is healthy by watching it in the field

teeth, tails, toes and tits thats what i was taught ;D
i ran mine through the race to check condition then tipped them all up to check the list above. i never needed any product except the minty smelling udder cream. my hands split and bleed and the udder cream is amazing for them.
oh and chocolate.
