Title: potato soup recipe on the main page
Post by: Plantoid on October 14, 2011, 09:13:01 pm
Has any one actually made the potato soup  to the recipe given on the rh side of the main page ?
I ask because one pound of herbs such as parsley etc is a massive sink and a half full of them even chopped up they will fill the largest pan we have.

Oops, sorry, that's obviously a typo, and was just transferred from the old site.  :-[

We haven't made the soup for years, so don't know what that measurement should be. I'll take it off until we make it again and work out what it should be.   ???

Just checked the source of this recipe and it is correct! The title should be Herb Soup with Potato, so we'll change it, make it and report back. We've got a load of parsley in the garden so I'll try it this week.  :)
