Does anyone have any raw cows milk for sale in mid wales-ish? I know that in Scotland you cannot buy unpasteurised milk from a farm for human consumption but not sure what the rules are in Wales.
I don't want a huge amount only 50L. I'm making cheese.

Have a look at http://www.naturalfoodfinder.co.uk/unpasteurised-raw-milk-uk (http://www.naturalfoodfinder.co.uk/unpasteurised-raw-milk-uk) , the two mail order suppliers should be able to help even if there is nobody locally

Thank you so much for that link. One of the mail order suppliers visit a farmers market that's only 1 hour away from me. I might order some and collect it when they are at the market.

Excellent!
I'm waiting until the weather turns colder, as I don't have a fridge and the minimum orders would make a *lot* of cheese sat in my kitchen.... :o
