Title: Recommendations for abattoirs in North Yorkshire?
Post by: Pheasant pharmer on August 31, 2011, 12:08:43 pm
Our two saddlebacks are nearly ready to be killed for bacon and we are looking for a relatively small abattoir in the area that can also dry cure for us.

We are near Pickering in North Yorkshire.

Does anyone have any recommendations??

We use McIntyres near Hawes. Small, friendly and nice with the animals.
