I collected up 4 Ducks Eggs this morning from my newest girls and decided to fry them up for breakfast (on toast). I popped them in an old Egg Box and as I was standing at the cooker, spatula in hand, I happened to notice that on the inside of the egg box lid was all the 'official' info. And guess what there's even a little bit that says "Allergy Advice".......to which it advices "contains egg" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is it me??????

It could be worse. Doesn't it normally say "May contain Egg"? (I mean, for £1.80 a half dozen, I really expect more certainty!!).

Peanuts have a "may contain traces of nuts" warning on them and my husband assures me that Smokey Bacon Crisps have a note on the side saying "suitable for vegetarians".......
