Hi all, Just a quick one to introduce myself. My names Sam and i live in Oxfordshire. I work on a small pure bred beef unit and one of the countrys leading alpaca studs for the last few years. My main profession is shearing and i have shorn in the UK and Australia. I also shear alpacas and goats so this may be of help to a few of you. Hope to read a few bits and help out if poss.

Hi Sam. Welcome from north Cumbria. We're commercial beef & sheep farmers; the pig, Jersey house cow, choox and native ponies are for pleasure (and in the first three cases, also food.) No goats or alpacas, llamas or other camelids. I'm guessing it'd be Angora goats you'd shear?
