I would say they are less than 2 weeks old and sexing is difficult. They are very cute  :)

It's hard to tell until they are almost adult, then their general shape will tell you. The geese are lower to the ground with a sort of "pouch" in front and the ganders are more upright and alert looking. Hope this helps :-\

Sorry not sure how old they are they look lovely though,i would say older than 2 weeks, you will have to wait a while for this method but here goes on a female goose the undercarrage is much lower to the point on some of my females it nearly touchs the floor, the males is alot higher and a different shape, sorry if that doesnt make sence but if you compare the 2 it will.

I have an Embden gosling and I would reckon those in your pic arent much older than 2 weeks, the growth rate is un-bel-ievable! Mine is prob a couple of weeks older and even saw off one of the adults today (which you dont do lightly). Hes already much more of a goosey adult shape altho his neck and head are still small and fluff not feathers yet.

2-3wks you should start to be able to get an idea of what you have from week 4 onwards, the gander has a slighly more cobby head. its more visible in some breeds than others. their is a slight difference in temperament in the gander-gosling, they are often but not always a bit more forward going and affectionate. this is just my personal observation.
