just thought id show u the goodbye fotos we took of delilah the day before we sent her away. she really was a great pig. she was 14 mths and we got 176kg back. i butchered her myself for the first time and really enjoyed the process. really interesting, and u can get the meat just the way u want it.
we are keeping one of Dorothys gilts back to replace Delilah. wev called her Dolly and she stays with her mum all the time even when the other littermates go exploring. will get a foto of Dolly soon.

What a beautiful pig, very like my Amber, thankfully still at the start of her piglet bearing life, so we have several years to go yet. Will be very sad when the day comes for her to go - Tamsaddle
