Hi,
due to a broody surplus I have two for sale. A Light Sussex and a barred Wyandotte. The sussex has reared chicks right through the year hatching as late as Nov and brooding her chicks through the severe winter snow before sitting again in Feb. The Wyandotte has sat on one clutch which sadly were not fertile and is just about to go broody again. The sussex has been laying for a week after raising her last chicks to 8 weeks and should go broody in around a week or two.
Please pm me for more information

Hi Sam.t
I sell all my pure breed adults for £20 a bird. It seems a shame to keep breaking them from their broodiness through the summer. After all, they are only doing what comes naturally but there is a limit to how many chicks I need to hatch a year. Better that they go to someone who can make use of their natural tendancies.
