hi all, ....just a brief outline to get started.
We are based just along the road from Glamis. Have four acres for all the animals..2 horses :horse:, five sheep :sheep:(hopefully in lamb), six home bred hens :chook: and six home bred cockerels all welsummers. We also have two dogs :dog:, three and a half cats :cat: and the occasional injured wild animal :ladybug:being given refuge before releasing.
My husband has taken over the veg garden and greenhouses now, so I can concentrate on the animals because I work full time too.
cheers speak soon

Hi and welcome. Lovely part of the world - very Royal!
I hesitate to ask - half a cat?

Welcome to TAS! Half a cat? I hope you get the bit that doesn't need feeding!!! Less expensive!
Kate :cat: ooow second thoughts though?????

haha I wondered if anyone would pick up on the alf a cat bit. In fact if I counted all the half cats we have here there would be about 10. basically all the local cats just wander into anyones home. so we share.
however there is one of our own cats who now keeps the elderly frail gent down the lane company. She spends the day draped around his neck. We only occasionally are visited for a feed and trips to the vet. So thats our half cat...... My daughter was pretty upset that Zuki had been 'stollen' until she realised the pleasure that the cat was giving our neighbour. ah bless ::)
