Title: Thanks for the advice & tips - weaners arrived and safely tucked up in bed!

After months of researching & planning, I finally picked up a couple of 8 week old Saddlebacks today.  2 boys - Sausage & Chop.

Many thanks for the advice & tips - I can't wait to see them again in the morning!

ours went on monday...... just been out to sort the hens out and already miss them...... :'(
getting our next lot mid february   :love:
can't believe how much joy they bring......

Oh well done, I've got saddlebacks they're a fantastic breed. You'll be spending many hours outside watching them I predict!

Yes, maybe we should have warned Craig that the first investment to make when getting weaners is a very warm jacket!  ;D

i agree Eve ..... a warm jacket is needed for the running backwards and forwards defrosting the water!!!!!!


and then of course standing in the cold watching them.......... ;)
