Title: how much meat?

hi all.

how much weight should you subtract from the dead weight (bones etc)            to calculate how much meat you get back from the butcher. 1st pig 72kg for pork,2nd pig 73kg for bacon.

Are those live or dead weights?

that's dead weight.
