Phew, i made my first load of home grown pork sausages this weekend!! :D
It took me over 12 hours, marathon, but it was worth it....my shoulders and arms are sore now, but i have ended up with over 35lbs of sausages.
Apple, Sundried tomato, sage, garlic, mustard, sweet chilli pepper, and of course leek flavours.
i am mindful of the story of the little brown hen, as all the friends and family come flocking.
*they are mine, all mine...hahahaaaa*
...but it has been sooooo rewarding to hear the comments when everyone has tasted the sausages.
Chuffed chuffed chuffed!!

Samples for family and friends are great and very generous, just make sure you keep plenty back for yourselves otherwise you will regret the generousity when you run out :yum:

I know - its hard not to want to share though!!

I always need to constraint myself when it comes to giving food away so that we don't regret it later. It's not that I want to share, it's that I want to show off! ;D ;D ;D

LOL thats not showing off....you are enjoying other peoples appreciation of your hard work!! :P
