Title: Sausages
Post by: pikilily on November 22, 2010, 11:42:32 am: Phew, i made my first load of home grown pork sausages this weekend!! :D

It took me over 12 hours,marathon, but it was worth it....my shoulders and arms are sore now, but i have ended up with over 35lbs of sausages.
Apple, Sundried tomato, sage, garlic, mustard, sweet chilli pepper, and of course leek flavours.

i am mindful of the story of the little brown hen, as all the friends and family come flocking.
*they are mine, all mine...hahahaaaa*

...but it has been sooooo rewarding to hear the comments when everyone has tasted the sausages.
