Hi all :D Can anyone help me and my boyfriend? We're desperately looking for a piece of land to house our alpacas and where we can live (static caravan is all) and i can run a small dog grooming business. Looking for 7 acres+, fencing, water and electricity a bonus but not necessecary. If anyones in those areas could you possibly look in your local papers for possibilites. We're exhausting the internet but not many sites seem to update very often. :farmer:
Any help is greatly appreciated

There's some in Berkhamsted - is that too far? Rightmove lists it, various sizes and includes grazing and woodland.
