Look on ebay.
put in "mens jumper, woollen, your size. "

There's a really good selection, constantly changing. I've bought my last woollen ones there for years.

Only thing you have to watch - scroll down to the bottom and check what material they are actually made off. A lot of acrylic or even cotton are advertised as wool.

Knit one yourself  :knit:, or get someone to do it for you then it would fit and you will know what its made of.
I have a nice thick wooly jumper made for me, although it getting a little large for me now its warm and quite weather proof.

When you say 'good quality' what price are you expecting to pay?

The jumper you show is about $130, the same as this one, depending on the exchange rate:

https://www.hebrideanwoolhouse.com/gents_woollen_products/sportsmans_sweater.htm (https://www.hebrideanwoolhouse.com/gents_woollen_products/sportsmans_sweater.htm)

which has the advantage of being knitted of hebridean sheep wool and from a small business, supporting a rare breed.  They also sell the yarn if you want to knit your own (I have some for sale too...)  Heb wool is light for its thickness and very warm, tends not to get very wet if you're caught out in the rain and truly does not show the dirt.
I hasten to point out that I have nothing to do with this business except that I know the owner  :)
