Hello, our 3.5 acre holding is for sale as we are emigrating. We had sold very quickly but a break in the chain at the last minute means we have had to put it back on the market. We have been here six years and it is in excellent order and ready to go.
We have a three bed bungalow with integral garage, and the land is divided into four paddocks, fenced and hedged all round, we have a 40ft polytunnel, stables, a workshop, a barn, a 24 x 12 field shelter, veg patch and fruit trees. We've raised sheep, pigs, kept goats and horses and all kinds of poultry. We are in Gedney Hill, near Spalding.
You can drive to Peterborough in 25 minutes from here and if you wanted, there is a fast train to Kings Cross in under one hour. We have enjoyed living here but now want to be mortgage free. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to put a link on, so if it doesn't show, pm me for it :sunshine:

Lovely place you had there. In Leicestershire places like this sell for twice as much. Theres a 3 bedroom bungalow with 7 acres for sale for £695k! Thats too much...
