Yet another book from the library It is give a Herbal tonic fo firming lotion for your boobs

225g (8oz) lady's mantle leaves and/or flowers
600ml(1 pint) of freshly boiled filtered,mineral or rainwater

Place the leaves and flowers in a large, heatproof bowl and pour over the boiling water to make a tisane. Steep fr 10 minutes and allow to cool. Soak 2 muslin cloths - or face flannels - in the liquid, wring the excess back in to bowl and place the cloths over both breast . Relax for 10- 15 min. Pour rest of liquid into a screw-top jar and store in the fridge. Repeat daily.

lol do you need to relax for 10 min your a man you don't need to rest lol

Crikey, Linz, cold liquid out of the fridge will firm almost anything.

lol I wound imagine you would leave it the warm up before uses, but at the moment you wont need to put it in the fridge just put it outside lol.

Bloody hell!!!!!! has anyone tried it yet? My daughter has just posted something on her blog about firming boobs, I prefer mine soft, how can you turn over in bed with big firm cousions? I like nice soft things!!!!!!

Er, it seems quite likely he also doesn't need a lotion for firming up his boobs! (though perhaps I should speak for myself!!  :D)
