Title: Insulating the greenhouse with bubble wrap - quality?
Post by: GreenRing on November 08, 2020, 09:49:39 am
Hi everyone.

I am going to insulate my greenhouse and bubble wrap seems a good solution.  I have done as much research as possible and found that double film with large bubbles and UV stabilisation are the things to look for.

I have now bought some and don't find it to be more robust than that i've seen used as packaging, the bubbles pop easily with finger pressure and some of the bubbles have holes in.

Is this normal or should I continue my search for "horticultural grade" bubble wrap?

Thanks.
