Can you move your property to Leicestershire and give it to us for the same price? It would cost at least 3 times as much around here. Ridiculous.

Croft belongs to OH cousin,  who moved to be closer to family.
Although Bellingram shows the croft is under offer, not sure if this is still the case as an offer had been accepted but fell through.
