Title: Farm shop in portacabin
Post by: Oak Farm Pigs on August 12, 2020, 12:14:40 pm
Hi, I run a free range pig breeding and rearing unit. we have a portacabin on site and I am considering turning it into a farm shop for our pork products. I have registered as a food business with my local council but I am getting opposing views on whether I also need planning permission. Any opinions please folks?

You would probably need to do an "advance notification" anyway, wouldn't you?  And they will let you know in response to that if you would need to go for full pp.
