Brighton Permaculture Trust has apple and pear pressing 'waste' going free. Collection would from Stanmer Park, just outside Brighton, or we might be able to arrange delivery but would have to look at costs. From now until the end of winter we produce 150-450kg of 'waste' from the press per week, usually available on a Monday. Is there anyone who local who wants it?
