Title: Log Burner
Post by: Andrew Will on June 22, 2020, 12:12:18 am
Hi,

looking for info of fitting a log burner twin wall flue through a wall into an external pumice stone chimney
that will be brick clad, i have building and planning for chimney but looking for quotes on flue installation from burner to pumice.
The internal wall has the plasterboard and wood studs removed and replaced with steel studs and hardibacker board.
Maybe there are other forums better for this post, any advise welcome.

Try contacting www.stovefittersmanual.co.uk (http://www.stovefittersmanual.co.uk) they will do a flue design, for which there is a small charge I think about £20, which they will price but you can also use for local quotes. The guy who runs it is called Julian and he knows his stuff.
