I'm in the market for a tractor and have been scouring the internet daily. I came across a site called yourkshire tractors based in Doncaster. Their prices seem to good to be true. As an example they have a 2012 Massey Fergusson 6475 that looks in fantastic condition and they only want £14700 plus vat i assume. Having looked on other sites I can't find one for under £22000. Also every photograph taken of their stock looks like it's been taken in a different location. They are registered with Companies house though their book don't look that healthy.
Has anyone heard of these before or had any dealings with them?

If something sounds too good to be true it usually is. But just on the off chance, you've nothing to lose by ringing up and enquiring. So long as you don't pay them any money - what could possibly go wrong? :innocent:
By the way - I live not 100 miles from them and have never heard of them. But - do you feel lucky? :thinking:

I saw that review, thats what set the alarm bells ringing.
[member=24672]harmony[/member] - In what way were you told to stay clear? was it not as it looked on the photo, hidden charges, delivery not turning up etc.

The old Yorkshire Tractors Ltd was a David Brown agents and they ended a good 8 years ago.

Yes Yorkshire Tractors are a scam and I got caught out. The company is a legitimate company as you can see on companies house, however they do not have a website and someone has stolen their details and created a fake website. If you have paid any money contact the Police ASAP.
