Title: Beef boxes

HI all

just wondered what people charge for there boxed beef. weights cuts etc cattle type

We charge £12.50 / kg for a 10kg box of Shetland beef, with a mix of steaks, mince, diced stew, braising, sausages, burgers and small joints. All items are already individually labelled and priced by our butcher, so we always make sure the aggregate label price is a good bit over £125 and good value for the customer.

We take a £50 deposit, with balance to be paid before collection:
