Post by: pgkevet on January 18, 2020, 09:54:52 pm
I spotted some on Kings seeds..claiming can withstand UK weather. I did start growing soem from seed last year (easy ) but decided I'm too old to wait and may not be a suitable variety - so hit the buy button.  We'll see...

What variety was it? I'm considering giving it a try as well.

Hi, I am originally from mediterranear area and I have seen pomegranade trees being burn by salty strong and cold wind (mistral), however they were still producing ok fruits. If you have sheltered position move it and wait. It wont take long to crop fruit!, plus extra water from UK weather is always good to swell fruits.
if you dont want give me a shout! I will buy it! Kingseed are notoriously very good! I buy vegs seeds etc and they are reliable, I dont have much experience on fruit but I would trust them more than anyone else!
