Hoping you can see the pictures! Has anyone seen this on a pig's leg before? It is a row of small holes in a differently coloured area of skin on what would be our boar's 'forearm'. It doesn't seem to trouble him, not even when I was running my fingers over it and stretching the holes open a little bit. It doesn't look like insect bites and is not hot or weepy. I can't find any more anywhere else in him or his mate. I am wondering if they are natural openings like scent glands or something. If he was at all altered in health or behaviour I would call the vet straight away, but he is just his usual self. ???

No they aren't normal. They look like puncture wounds. I would put sudacreme or the likes on them and keep an eye.
