Title: hanging pork after slaughter

hi how long should I hang pork after slaughter , been looking on net some say don't some say 4/5 day then butcher what do you people do

Ours are taken in on Tuesday and we collect Friday or Saturday. Once (longggg story) we didn't get our pig back for three weeks and it was OK. Our abattoir generally sends pork and lamb back the same week and only hangs beef for any length of time.
