 :wave: Hello from Ireland - looking at buying a derelict pub, converting the car park into veg patches, rescuing 2 donkeys and some hens, converting the pub to Air B n B/events and living in some portacabins ... it's sort of a plan...  :innocent: As you can tell, I need all the help I can get ...

Welcome Sally101, interesting ideas, are you staying in Ireland or willing to move?
Got a derelict pub locally,  sadly been left to ruin because owner didn't get his planning permission to build about 10 houses on car park ?
