Title: Movement query

Just wondering if anyone can help. I’m moving some sheep off my holding onto my uncles holding and putting them under his holding number which is fine. He also rents an additional field about half a mile up the road that he wants grazing. Will I have to apply for temporary number for that field or will it be covered as it’s so close to his holding.

Thought some one would have replied . Does the grazing have a separate CPH number that your uncle has been using ?  You could phone DEFRA if you want a definitive answer but I would just walk them up the road and treat the land as part of the main holding  . Not something Iv'e ever had to do so no experience since our land is up to 3miles away under one CPH .
